Twenty-five years of working taught me something I Twenty-five years of working taught me something I wish I'd learned much earlier.

Every morning, I used to jump straight into work mode.

Coffee.
Emails.
Meetings.
Deadlines.

I thought being busy meant I was being productive.

These days, I've started doing something different.

Before I manage projects…
I take a few quiet minutes to manage my mind.

A cup of coffee.
A planner.
A little space to think before the day begins.

It doesn't make my work easier.

But it helps me show up calmer, more focused, and more intentional.

I'm still learning that success isn't built in one big moment.

It's built in the small habits we repeat every day.

🌿 What's one small habit that helps you feel ready for the day?

I'd love to hear it in the comments.

The truth is...

It's rarely about having more time.

It's about preparing before the day becomes busy.

These are five things that help me feel ready before I leave home.

😊 What's one item you never leave home without?

For years, my mornings looked the same. Wake up. For years, my mornings looked the same.

Wake up.
Grab a coffee.
Rush out the door.
Repeat.

After working for more than 25 years, I realised being busy wasn't the real problem.

The problem was starting every day feeling like I was already behind.

These days, I'm trying something different.

I give myself a few quiet minutes before work.

📖 Read a few pages.
📝 Write down my thoughts.
🌿 Prepare something simple before heading out.

It's not about having the "perfect" morning.

It's about giving myself a better start to the day.

I'm still learning, one small habit at a time.

What helps you start your morning well?

☕ Coffee?
📖 Reading?
🚶 A morning walk?

I'd love to hear about your routine in the comments. ❤️

Back-to-back meetings, urgent work and suddenly it Back-to-back meetings, urgent work and suddenly it’s already 3pm.

I know how easy it is to put lunch last when the workday gets busy. That’s why I keep SoyPro and SoyGreen nearby as a convenient backup for hectic days.

It doesn’t replace the importance of balanced meals—but it helps me avoid having nothing at all when my schedule becomes packed.

Comment “BUSY” or DM me, and I’ll share my simple workday routine.

Somewhere along the way I decided that wasn't good enough anymore. Not because I wanted to do less for the people who count on me — but because I realised I couldn't keep pouring from an empty cup and calling it strength.
That's the belief I build everything around now: you shouldn't have to choose between showing up for everyone else and showing up for yourself. You can do both. I'm living proof it's possible, one habit at a time.
This isn't for everyone, and that's fine. It's for the woman who's tired of running on empty and quietly done pretending that's normal.
If that's you — welcome. I'm glad you're here.

I ask this a lot in my coaching conversations, and I ask this a lot in my coaching conversations, and the answers are almost always the same three things: time, energy, or not knowing where to start.

If it's time — most changes I recommend take less than 5 minutes a day.
If it's energy — that's usually the first thing that improves, which then makes everything else easier.
If it's not knowing where to start — that's what I'm here for.
